Your Questions, Answered

  • For outdoor sessions, we'll reschedule if conditions aren't safe or suitable. For games, tournaments, and events, I'll follow the event's schedule unless it's postponed or canceled.

  • Nope! My pricing covers the entire experience, including planning, photography, professional editing, equipment, travel (within my service area), and image licensing. You'll receive a gallery of the strongest images from your session. There's no need to pay for individual photos.

  • Most galleries are delivered within 1-2 weeks. If you need your images sooner, rush delivery (within 24-48 hrs) may be available for an additional fee.

  • Absolutely! You're welcome to share your images on social media or desired platform and tag + mention @IgartaCreatives. Personal and agreed-upon organizational promotional use is included with every gallery.

  • Yes. A signed agreement and retainer are required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your session, depending on the project.
